Yes, we keep you informed at every step. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your pickup. Furthermore, you'll receive an email when your driver and vehicle have been assigned. When the driver is on the way and when they've arrived at the pickup point, you will receive a text message.
Yes, we require a credit card to secure your booking, even if you intend to pay by cash or debit. We accept online debit payments as well, but please note that the payment will be taken 24 hours before your trip. If you choose to pay by cash in the car, we still require a credit card to hold the booking. A preauthorization will be placed on your card 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
